CLIP systems learn by connecting images with the language around them. MetaCLIP's central contribution was a clear, repeatable recipe for curating large image-text datasets. MetaCLIP 2 extended that recipe toward worldwide, multilingual web data.
Why $META?
Llama was created at Meta and grew into one of the most recognizable names in open AI. The people building at Meta can receive equity as part of their compensation, tying part of their work to the company they help move forward.
That sparked the idea behind Artificial Llama. If the builders can be connected to Meta through equity, why couldn't a community build its own character and connect its market directly to tokenized $META?
